These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Moom mobile application ("Service"), a fashion platform by MOKAMMBIKA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Moom," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Moom, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service. Continued use implies agreement to future changes.

1. Account Use

1.1 Eligibility: Must be 18+ to use the Service.

1.2 Registration: Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Update promptly. We may suspend/terminate accounts with inaccurate information.

1.3 Security: Keep account credentials confidential. You're responsible for all account activity. Report unauthorized use immediately. We're not liable for compromised accounts.

2. User Content

2.1 Definition: Includes information, text, graphics, videos, or other material you post ("User Content").

2.2 Ownership: You own your User Content. You're responsible for it and its consequences. Ensure you have necessary rights and it doesn't violate Terms, laws, or third-party rights.

2.3 License to Moom: You grant Moom a license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the Service for hosting, storage, display, marketing, and promotion.

2.4 Moderation: Moom may remove User Content violating Terms or laws, without notice. We don't endorse User Content and aren't responsible for its accuracy.

3. Privacy

3.1 Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy governs your Service use, explaining data collection, use, and protection.

3.2 Policy Review: Review our Privacy Policy at [https://moompl.com/privacy-policy]. Using the Service means you agree to data handling as described there.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Termination

5.1 By Moom: Moom may suspend/terminate your account immediately for any reason, including Terms violations.

5.2 Effect: Termination ends your Service access.

5.3 Survival: Certain provisions survive termination.

6. Governing Law/Disputes

6.1 Law: Laws of India govern these Terms.

6.2 Jurisdiction: Disputes are subject to Ayodhya courts' jurisdiction.

7. E-commerce Compliance

7.1 Compliance: This Service complies with Indian e-commerce regulations.

7.2 Fair Practices: Moom is committed to fair practices, transparent policies, secure processing, and consumer rights protection.
