This Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases made through mOOm – Har Ghar Ki Dukan, a platform operated by MOKAMMBIKA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U47912UP2025PTC222869), located at C/O Mrityunjay Kumar, Lutfabad Bachhouli, Banket, Bikapur, Faizabad – 224204, Uttar Pradesh, India.

MOKAMMBIKA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to transparent and fair customer service, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020.

**1. Return & Refund Eligibility**

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

* The product is damaged, defective, or materially different from its description on the Platform.
* The product is unused, in original condition, and returned with original invoice and packaging.
* You initiate the return request within seven (7) days of delivery.
* Certain items are non-returnable (see Section 4).

**2. Return Procedure**

To initiate a return:

* Log in to your mOOm account and go to “My Orders.”
* Select the order and click “Request Return.”
* Upload clear photos of the product's condition (if damaged or incorrect).
* We will review the request and arrange pickup, if approved.
* Upon successful inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.

**3. Refund Procedure**

Refunds are processed after product verification to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit after valid banking details are confirmed.

**4. Non-Returnable Items**

The following items are non-returnable:

* Perishable goods (e.g., food, seeds, plants).
* Personal hygiene products, medical supplies, and health-related items.
* Customized or made-to-order products.
* Digital downloads and software licenses.
* Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”

**5. Order Cancellations**

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without penalty. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but the order may be eligible for return upon delivery, subject to this Policy. mOOm may cancel and refund orders due to stock unavailability or system errors.

**6. Replacement Policy**

Replacements are provided for eligible damaged or incorrect items, subject to availability and inspection. If a replacement isn't available, a full refund will be issued.

**7. Seller & Vendor Refund Responsibility**

Vendors must adhere to this Policy. Failure to process valid returns or refunds may result in penalties, suspension, or delisting, as per the E-Commerce Rules, 2020.

**8. Dispute Resolution**

For unresolved issues, contact mOOm Customer Support or the Grievance Officer. Disputes are subject to Indian law and the jurisdiction of the courts in Faizabad (Ayodhya), Uttar Pradesh.
