Shipping Policy


Purpose: This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures for processing, dispatching, and delivering orders placed through the mOOm platform. Our commitment is to provide a reliable, transparent, and timely shipping experience, adhering to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.


Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours following confirmation. Prepaid orders receive priority in processing. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require additional processing time for payment verification. Customers will receive order confirmation and dispatch notifications via SMS, email, or in-app notification.


Shipping Methods: mOOm utilizes reputable courier partners to ship orders throughout India. Standard and express delivery options may be available, contingent upon location and product type. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may be subject to variations due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are determined by the weight, size, and delivery location of the order. Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a specified minimum order value, as indicated on the website or app. All applicable taxes and duties are included in the checkout price.


Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or in-app notification. This tracking number enables real-time monitoring of shipment status and expected delivery date. For tracking assistance, customers may contact mOOm support.


Failed Delivery: In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, mOOm will attempt redelivery. If multiple redelivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order may be returned to the warehouse, and the customer may be required to reorder. Shipping charges for failed deliveries may be deducted from the refund amount, subject to specific circumstances.


International Shipping: Currently, mOOm primarily ships within India. International shipping may be available for select products and will be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees. Delivery timelines for international shipments will vary based on the destination country and local customs processing procedures.


Force Majeure: Delivery timelines may be affected by events such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, or government restrictions. In such instances, mOOm will promptly notify affected customers and facilitate refunds or rescheduling as appropriate.
