Welcome to mOOm, operated by MOKAMMBIKA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, Government of India.

2. Eligibility

  2. Vendors/farmers must provide valid KYC, bank, and tax details as required by law.
  3. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance.

3. Nature of Services

mOOm provides an online marketplace enabling:

  1. Sale and purchase of agricultural, rural, and general consumer products
  2. Direct farmer-to-buyer and supplier-to-consumer transactions
  3. Digital payment facilitation and logistics coordination

The Company does not manufacture products unless explicitly stated.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information
  2. Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  3. Not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or harmful activities
  4. Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

5. Vendor & Seller Obligations

Vendors/farmers are responsible for:

  1. Product quality, legality, pricing, and compliance
  2. Timely order fulfillment and accurate descriptions
  3. Applicable GST, tax, and regulatory compliance
  4. Handling warranties, returns, and disputes as per policy

6. Pricing & Payments

  1. Prices are determined by sellers unless regulated by law
  2. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
  3. The Company is not liable for banking or payment gateway failures
  4. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to platform policies

7. Logistics & Delivery

  1. Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed
  2. Delays due to weather, strikes, or force majeure are not Company liability
  3. Risk of loss passes as per applicable logistics arrangements

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Governed by separate Return & Refund Policy
  2. Certain products may be non-returnable
  3. Refund timelines depend on payment method and bank processing

9. Sustainability & Ethical Use

Users agree to support mOOm’s commitment to:

10. Intellectual Property

  1. Logos, trademarks, designs
  2. Software, text, graphics, and data

are the exclusive property of the Company and protected under applicable laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  2. Product defects or seller misconduct
  3. Loss due to third-party service failures

Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in dispute.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising due to:

13. Suspension & Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if:
