Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and include GST. Payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). mOOm may update prices and offers without notice.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are confirmed upon payment authorization. Delivery times vary by location and product availability. mOOm is not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, force majeure, or third-party disruptions. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by the mOOm Return & Refund Policy, compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Cancellations are accepted if the order has not been dispatched.

Seller / Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must ensure:

* Products are genuine, legal, and comply with Indian quality standards.

* GST invoicing and product labeling requirements are met.

* No counterfeit, unsafe, or restricted items are listed.

* Compliance with E-Commerce Rules, 2020, FSSAI regulations, and Legal Metrology norms.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or delisting.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved as follows:

* Initial attempts via Customer Support/Grievance Officer.

* Unresolved disputes are governed by Indian law and the jurisdiction of courts in Faizabad (Ayodhya), Uttar Pradesh.

* Arbitration will follow the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
