Affiliate/Partner Policy

1. Purpose

This Affiliate/Partner Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing resellers, agents, and Direct Selling Agents/Multi-Level Marketing (DSA/MLM) users (hereinafter referred to as "Partners") who promote, sell, or refer customers to mOOm – Har Ghar Ki Dukan. This policy is designed to ensure equitable practices, transparent commission structures, and adherence to Indian e-commerce and MLM regulations.

2. Eligibility

* Individuals or entities must be legally authorized to conduct business in India.

* Partners must complete registration with mOOm through the official onboarding process.

* Partners are required to provide valid identification and bank account details for commission disbursement.

3. Partner Responsibilities

* Partners shall promote mOOm products and services ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

* Partners shall refrain from making misleading or false statements regarding products, pricing, or delivery timelines.

* Partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and protecting sensitive customer information.

* Partners are required to report leads and sales accurately and promptly through the mOOm Partner portal.

4. Commission & Incentive Structure

* Commissions are calculated based on verified sales or successful referrals.

* Commission rates, tiers, and incentive schemes will be communicated via the Partner Dashboard.

* mOOm reserves the right to modify commission rates or schemes, providing prior notification to Partners.

* Commission payouts are processed monthly, contingent upon verification and reconciliation.

5. Prohibited Activities

* Partners are strictly prohibited from utilizing spam, unsolicited messaging, or unauthorized advertisements.

* Partners shall not engage in fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, or manipulation of sales data.

* Partners must comply with mOOm's Terms & Conditions and all applicable Indian laws pertaining to e-commerce and MLM practices.

6. Termination

* mOOm reserves the right to suspend or terminate Partner accounts for any violation of this policy.

* The settlement of pending commissions for terminated accounts shall be at the discretion of mOOm, following thorough verification.

7. Liability

* Partners are solely responsible for fulfilling their tax obligations related to commissions or earnings.

* mOOm shall not be held liable for any losses, penalties, or claims arising from improper use of the Partner program.

8. Dispute Resolution

* Any disputes or grievances arising from the Partner program shall be directed to the Grievance Officer at support@moompl.com.

* Disputes shall be governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Faizabad (Ayodhya), Uttar Pradesh, India.
