This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, security protocols, and refund procedures applicable to transactions on mOOm – Har Ghar Ki Dukan. Our commitment is to provide a secure, transparent, and seamless payment experience for all customers, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020.

mOOm accepts the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Available for select products and locations, subject to verification and availability.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through established payment gateways. Customers will receive immediate confirmation upon successful payment. Orders with failed or pending payments may be subject to automatic cancellation.
Payment Security
All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. mOOm does not store card details on its servers. Customers are advised to protect their financial information and avoid sharing OTPs, passwords, or sensitive banking details.
Refunds & Reversals
Refunds for cancelled orders or returns will be processed to the original payment method.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
COD Orders: Any prepaid amounts will be refunded to a verified bank account or digital wallet.
Shipping charges are refundable only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Please note that refund processing times may be subject to delays due to bank processing procedures or technical issues beyond mOOm’s direct control.
Failed Transactions
In the event of a transaction failure, the order will not be processed, and the payment amount will be automatically reversed. Customers should verify the reversal with their bank or wallet provider if the credit is not reflected within 3–5 business days.
Disputed Payments
For any discrepancies or disputes related to payments, customers may contact support@moompl.com. Disputes will be resolved within 15 business days, in compliance with Indian laws and e-commerce regulations.
